In addition to mechanical and bodywork jobs we also provide trailer refrigeration unit service (Thermo King, Carrier and Schmitz Cargobull S.CU) and, as an an authorised Schmitz Cargobull service centre we also carry out warranty repairs. After a more serious collision you can rely on truck accident repairs including chassis straightening. Hauliers from the regional capital have a dedicated page trailer service in České Budějovice.
What we cover in the workshop
Accident repairs
Complete trailer repairs after road accidents. Chassis straightening, replacement of damaged panels, floor, door and gate repairs. MIG, MAG and TIG welding.
Trailer brake systems
We service both disc and drum brakes. Replacement of linings, discs, drums and brake calipers. Checks of the pneumatic lines and valves.
Axles and running gear
We repair and replace axles of all types. We handle hub bearings, suspension, air bags and stabilisers.
Trailer electrics
We repair the electrical system, including lighting, wiring looms, connectors, EBS/ABS control units and sensors.
Bodywork
Repairs of side panels, roofs, floors and trailer structures. Sheet-metal replacement, repairs of locks, hinges and curtain-side systems.
Regular maintenance and inspections
Service inspections based on mileage or time intervals. For transport companies we offer fleet-wide scheduling.
