Our service van, equipped with tools, diagnostics and common spare parts, drives out nonstop to trailers and tractor units across South Bohemia and around the D3, D4 and D5 motorways.

Brakes and air system
Air leaks, locked brakes, faulty brake chambers, hoses and valves — the most common reason a rig comes to a halt.
EBS/ABS and electrics
We read fault codes with diagnostics right at the vehicle and repair wiring, sensors, lighting and the connectors between tractor unit and trailer.
Axles, suspension and air bellows
Burst air bellows, damaged shock absorbers, play in axle mounts and a jammed lift axle mechanism.
Wheels and tyre failures
Wheel replacement, fitting a spare tyre and an axle check after a blowout so the rig reaches its destination safely.
Refrigeration unit
Thermo King, Carrier Transicold and Schmitz S.CU — restart, fault diagnostics and keeping the cold chain intact with the load on board.
Doors, locks, curtain and bodywork
Temporary securing of damaged doors, locks or curtains so you can continue with the load safely secured.
How a call-out works
1. You call us, nonstop
We answer the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — weekends and holidays included. We take down your location, the make and the fault description.
2. We narrow down the fault by phone
Based on your description we estimate the cause and load the parts we are most likely to need. We tell you a realistic arrival time.
3. We arrive in a service van
We come in a fully equipped service van with tools, diagnostics and common spare parts for trailers and tractor units.
4. We repair it, or arrange a replacement
Most faults we fix on the spot. When that is not possible on the road, we arrange a tow to our workshop and, if needed, a replacement reefer trailer.

If the repair takes longer, we can offer a replacement Schmitz S.KO reefer trailer and transhipment of the cargo so you can complete the transport.
